Perran United was a nineteenth-century mining undertaking in the Perranporth district. The Northern Mine Research Society’s directory records documentary references from the 1850s and 1870.
Its name belongs to the complicated business geography behind the modern resort: mines could be combined, renamed or revived. Perran United is separately recorded from Perran Consols and Great St George. The related entries identify those neighbouring concerns rather than assigning their whole histories to this one.
