KNOW WHAT
TO DO

FIRST.

When a business is doing plenty of things and none of them clearly moves it forward, guessing is expensive. I look at the website, the messaging, the marketing activity and the systems behind them, then tell you what to do first, what to stop and what to safely ignore.

A short call. I will listen, ask a few questions and tell you honestly what I think the first move is.

What you receive

WHAT COMES OUT OF IT

A written, prioritised plan you can act on immediately, after a conversation rather than a deck. It covers four things.

Website and conversion review

What the site is asking people to do, whether it is working, and the specific things stopping it.

Messaging and offer check

Whether what you sell is described in the words your customers use, and whether the offer is the right shape.

Where the effort goes

A look at the marketing activity, what returns something and what is just noise.

Systems and friction

The tools and processes that create work rather than remove it, and where automation or AI would actually help.

When this is the right first step

WHAT USUALLY ARRIVES THIS WAY

  • An idea that has been going round for a while without getting sharper.
  • A business doing plenty of things, none of which clearly move it forward.
  • A product decision nobody can settle because the question is the wrong shape.
  • A pile of tools and processes that were each sensible on their own.
  • A website you are about to rebuild, when you are not sure the website is the problem.

You leave knowing what to do first, what to stop, and what to safely ignore. If the answer turns out to be a website or an automation, that is a separate decision and a separate proposal.

In my own words

HOW I THINK ABOUT IT

Not a testimonial. Two things I have already published about how this work goes.

What working together involves

HOW IT GOES

Direct answers throughout, including when the honest answer is that the thing you asked for is not the thing that will help.

  1. A short call

Twenty minutes. I listen, ask the right questions and tell you honestly whether this is the right first step.

  2. A proper look

Access to the website, whatever numbers you have, and an honest conversation about the business. Usually a week or two, agreed in the proposal.

  3. A written plan

Priorities in order, quick wins, what to stop and what to safely ignore. Written to be acted on, not filed.

  4. Talk it through

We go through it together, directly with me, so nothing is left ambiguous. Then act on it yourself, hand it to someone else, or have me build it.

Already published, still true

WHAT CLIENTS SAID

Working together gave me crucial strategic clarity and a clearer sense of how far that strategy could take the business. I was consistently challenged to think bigger and more deliberately.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

Is this just a consultation call?

No. The 20-minute call is free and is where we decide whether this is the right thing. The strategy work itself is paid, because the diagnosis is usually the most valuable part of a project.

What does it cost?

It is scoped and priced in a written proposal after the call, so you know the cost before anything starts. There is no retainer attached and nothing you have to buy afterwards.

Will you tell me to rebuild my website?

Only if that is the biggest lever. Quite often it is not, and the plan says so.

What do you need from me?

Access to the site and whatever numbers you have, an hour or so of honest conversation about the business, and a willingness to hear that the thing you asked for might not be the thing that helps.

What happens afterwards?

You can act on the plan yourself, hand it to someone else, or have me build it: a website, an automation, or ongoing support. None of that is assumed.

Start with the thing itself

TELL ME
WHAT'S STUCK.

Say what you are trying to do, what you have tried and what is currently in the way. You do not need to know what you need yet; that is the point of this. You are talking to me, not an account manager.
