A SMALL SITE. A CLEAR BRIEF.
- A clear description of what you do, who the site is for and how people should contact you.
- The agreed page content, contact details and any images or brand materials you want to use, with permission to publish them.
- Access to the domain and hosting arrangements we agree for launch. Do not send passwords in the enquiry form.
- One person who can make decisions and review the site at the agreed points. For the artwork option, an agreed brief before work starts.

What sits outside the fixed scope
Extra pages, substantial copywriting or discovery, a wider brand project, content migrations, custom booking or application systems, integrations and automation need their own scope. Ongoing support is available separately. Hosting, domain and third-party costs are agreed in the proposal; these prices do not promise those services for free.
The artwork tier includes original artwork for the five-page site, with the brief agreed first. It is not an open-ended illustration or branding commission.
If the work is a larger redesign, needs new content or has a system behind it, start with Website Design & Development. We scope those projects individually and put the proposal around the work.

You get a proposal and contract by email covering scope, price, timing, deposit and what each of us needs to supply. Work starts once that is agreed and the required materials are ready.

I build the site and you review it. We agree any changes to scope before doing them, then sort the launch and handover.
