ONE-PAGE SITE
£350
A single well-made page that says what you do and gets people in touch.
Delivered in 48 hours
Start with thisI design and build websites from Newquay, Cornwall, for businesses across the UK. Small sites with a fixed price and a fixed delivery time, larger builds with booking, application or enquiry journeys, and the thinking to make sure the site is asked to do the right thing.
A short call. I will listen, ask a few questions and tell you honestly what I think the first move is.

If the problem is not the website, I will say so. Quite often the useful first move is digital strategy, and the build comes after.
Three builds with a price and a delivery time on them, so a business that just needs a good site does not have to open a conversation to find out roughly what it costs. Each one is done by me, start to finish.

A proper small site: home, about, what you offer, proof, and a way to reach you.

The five-page site with original artwork made for it, so it looks like nobody else's.

Start with thisLarger sites, redesigns, booking and application journeys and anything with a system behind it are quoted individually after a short call. After that call you get a proposal and contract by email, and a deposit gets it started.
Across sectors, sizes and starting points. Every project is different; the job is always to make the site earn its keep.

Luxury holiday accommodation in Newquay. Website build with booking integration, photography direction and brand positioning.

Full responsive website build, designed for phones, tablets and desktops from day one.

Complete rebrand and website: a new visual identity, brand guidelines, print collateral and a web presence built to match.

Eco nursery design brand. Website build with a clean, warm look that matched the ethos.

Cornwall cycle hire website with online booking, trail information and bike categories.

Professional cleaning company. A new website with a clearer service structure and a booking call to action.

Baby products e-commerce: a full WooCommerce build, conversion work and ongoing marketing support.

Care services provider. A clear, accessible website focused on trust and local enquiries.

A legal practice needing a digital overhaul: rebuilt positioning, website structure and enquiry flow. Still a client today.
Images from my portfolio archive. Some of these were delivered through my earlier studios, TR8 Media and Trait Media. Each is shown as it was delivered at the time, which is not a claim about the client’s website today.
Two sites that are live now and credit me in their footers. Described rather than screenshotted, because the archive above already shows what the work looks like.
A website for a Cornwall health and social-care recruitment business. Behind the introduction sits a detailed candidate application workflow, with a separate route for employers looking for staff.
A car and van hire website built around the practical job of hiring a vehicle: choose your dates, then the vehicle, then book.
No account manager, no handover to somebody junior once the interesting part is over. You are talking to the person doing the work throughout.
Twenty minutes on what the site has to do and for whom. I will tell you whether a fixed-price build fits or whether it needs its own proposal.
Scope, price, timeline and what I need from you, in plain language, by email. A deposit gets it started.
The clock starts when I have your content. If you have none, say so and we plan for it rather than pretending.
You review the real site, not a mock-up of one. Changes are agreed as we go, and scope can change when the work teaches us something.
Domain, hosting and analytics consent sorted, and you know how to update the things you will want to update.
Realistic expectation: a fixed-price tier is measured in days once I have your content. A larger build is measured in weeks, and the proposal says how many.
We've won a significant amount of new business as a direct result of the work. Tim has been amazing — we've been working together for over six months and the results have been impressive.
Tim's expertise across web, marketing, and lead generation helped transform how I approach the business. The results are really showing now — a genuine shift in thinking and performance.
Yes. Website builds are usually one-off projects. Ongoing support is available afterwards and is never a condition of working together.
Fast, if you are ready. The one-page site is delivered in 48 hours, the five-page site in one week and the five pages with artwork in ten working days, counted from the point I have what I need from you. Larger projects get their own timeline in the proposal.
No. I choose the platform to fit the job. Many of the sites in the portfolio are WordPress builds; this site is not. If you already have a platform you like and it does what you need, that is usually where we start.
Book the call. I will listen, ask the right questions and tell you honestly what the biggest lever is. If it is still unclear, start with digital strategy rather than a build.
A fixed price for the three website tiers. Larger projects are quoted individually in a written proposal, and a deposit starts the work. No surprise invoices.
I can help with strategy and setup, but I only recommend ads once the website converts. Spending on ads before the site works is burning money.
No. I am in Newquay, most of the work happens online, and clients are across the UK and beyond. Location has never been a barrier.
An audit, a diagnosis and a short plan, so you know what to do first, what to stop and what to ignore.
