Most work arrives as a symptom: a website that is not pulling its weight, a decision that will not settle, a process that eats afternoons. The first job is working out which of the three routes below it actually belongs to.
The one thing here with a price on it. Each build is done by me, start to finish, and the clock starts when I have what I need from you. Larger sites are quoted individually; the website design page has the detail and the portfolio.
ONE-PAGE SITE
£350
A single well-made page that says what you do and gets people in touch.
After a short call you'll get a proposal and contract by email. A deposit gets it started.
What it is actually like
YOU GET ME. NOT A PROCESS.
Illustration: The listening comes before the recommendation.
You are talking to the person doing the work. There is no account manager in the middle and nothing gets handed to somebody junior once the interesting part is over.
Expect direct answers, including when the honest answer is that the thing you asked for is not the thing that will help. That is usually the most valuable part of the first conversation.
Scope is agreed in plain language before anything starts, and it is allowed to change when the work teaches us something. A small number of clients at a time is the point, not a limitation.
A live event can exist on six platforms and still be hard to find. Music Kite is an attempt to make the scattered fragments agree.
Already published, still true
WHAT CLIENTS SAID
We've won a significant amount of new business as a direct result of the work. Tim has been amazing — we've been working together for over six months and the results have been impressive.

What surprised me most was Tim's ability to quickly articulate ideas I'd had bouncing around in my head for years. His insight and advice still surface in my thinking every day.

TELL ME ABOUT IT.
A fixed-price build or something that needs figuring out first, either works. Say what you are trying to do and what is currently in the way, and I will reply by email.
