The holy well in the Trevornick valley is an inland spring with a stone well house near Holywell Bay. It is a different site from the mineral pools inside the sea cave on the beach.

Its stone arches make it a recognisable built feature, and the well forms part of the area’s traditions of pilgrimage and healing. The distinction matters because descriptions of “the holy well at Holywell” can move between the two places without warning.

The well is on privately managed land. Its historic identity can be mapped without implying unrestricted visitor access. The full Holywell article follows both sites and the ways their histories became entangled.
