Industry Hollywood / IH Education USA
Brand, web bookings and marketing, with video edited from client-supplied footage.

Turning a route into Hollywood into a clear, bookable offer.
I brought Industry Hollywood’s proposition together through branding, website design and development, booking and deposit functionality, landing pages and marketing. I also produced and edited its video material from footage supplied by the client.
Explaining an unusual service
Industry Hollywood, presented through IH Education USA, helped actors pursue opportunities in Hollywood. Its owner ran workshops and groups in the UK, then took participants to Hollywood to meet producers and seek their break into the industry.
The website needed to explain that journey clearly. A prospective participant had to understand what the programme involved, how the UK activity connected with the Hollywood experience and how to take the first step.
Branding with a clear connection to film
I created the brand identity and carried it through the website, supported by illustration and graphic design. The colourful aperture symbol connected the identity with filmmaking, while the website’s imagery and layout introduced the destination and the offer.
The aim was to package the concept into a coherent, professional presentation. The brand and the website had to make a specialist service easier to understand and give people a consistent experience as they explored it.
From understanding the programme to joining it
I designed and developed the website around a visual journey through the programme, with functionality for participants to book and pay an initial deposit online. The site therefore connected the explanation of the service with a practical way to get involved.
The website presentations show the design across desktop, tablet and mobile. The page structure and brand needed to remain recognisable as visitors moved between those formats.
Search and advertising connected to the destination
Search engine optimisation formed part of the build. I also created landing pages for Google AdWords and handled advertising work including Facebook. The destination pages were considered alongside the promotion, so interested visitors could move from the campaign message into the programme and booking information.
Making the most of client-supplied footage
The video work used footage supplied by the client. I handled production, editing and post-production, working with Premiere and the wider Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Audition.
That gave the business moving-image material alongside the brand and website. The combination helped it communicate a service built around people, ambition and a distinctive experience.
A consistent offer across the customer journey
The finished work brought the identity, service explanation, booking route, promotional pages and video together. Richard Burke’s feedback recognises the speed and efficiency of delivery and his satisfaction with the website and logo.
