Sengled Australia

An urgent campaign turnaround, bringing the message, website, video and enquiry process together.

The advertising was booked. The website needed to catch up.

A campaign with a deadline

Sengled’s Australian team already had a website and landing page, but the response from their Google AdWords testing wasn’t what they needed. With radio advertising booked as well, they had a short window to get the online experience working. I came in through a recommendation, talked through the problem and took responsibility for the turnaround.

02 / The work

Getting the connected parts right

I reviewed the product and the message the team wanted to get across, then rebuilt the web experience around clearer copy, stronger visuals and the explainer video. The aim was to make the product easy to understand and the next step obvious.

That also meant doing the less visible work properly: calls to action, enquiry forms, tracking, SEO foundations and automated email responses. A campaign needs to hold together after someone clicks the advert.

03 / What changed

A stronger response

The campaign went on to generate a strong response, and the client was pleased with both the result and the speed of delivery. For me, the useful part of this story is the combination: understanding the problem, reassuring the team and taking the whole job through to completion.
