Katie Clixby at Ralph & Co approached me about a website that had developed over time but no longer did enough to communicate the standing of the business. The firm wanted a better presentation, stronger search visibility and support with enquiries and reviews.
A practical website the team could manage
I redesigned and developed the site in WordPress, giving the team a content management system they could use to update information themselves. I also worked on the enquiry process and automation, alongside local SEO.
The relationship continued through several iterations of the website and its requirements. As the business needed different things, there was an established person to speak to who understood the site and the firm.
